With a spectacular art reception, the Bucherer 1888 TimeMachine Store in New York, the flagship store of the exclusive Swiss watch and jewelry manufacturer Bucherer, celebrated its partnership with German artist Leon Löwentraut. Seven vibrant paintings were exhibited, including the centerpiece "Liberty," which Löwentraut specifically created for the exhibition. His monograph "Painting for Passion" was also presented. The exhibition runs until February 7, 2023. Around 300 prominent guests attended the reception to view the works of the 24-year-old artist who has rapidly gained fame in Europe with his explosive art. DJ Alexandra Richards, an artist, photographer, model, and daughter of the famous Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, provided the musical backdrop, delighting the guests with chill sounds. "We are very excited about the collaboration with Leon Löwentraut," emphasized Carina Ertl, CMO of Bucherer US, adding, "Leon's work is extraordinary and captures the innovative and joyful spirit of the TimeMachine in an exciting new way. Leon is redefining the way we experience art for the next generation of emerging artists." The New York flagship store aims to be more than a haven for watch and jewelry enthusiasts: Bucherer intends to create a cultural center for artists, musicians, and other creatives. Exhibitions have already been curated, featuring works by Damien Hirst, Picasso, and Andy Warhol, among others.
